What to include in the inquiry

Please include the complete bearing marking, photographs if the suffix is unclear, shaft speed, radial and axial load, lubrication method and whether the position is general MRO or production critical. For super precision or spindle positions, tell us if the bearing is paired, preloaded or part of a matched set.

If the part is for a repeated consumption program, add expected monthly quantity, shutdown timing and certificate requirements. We can help separate critical positions from general stock so purchasing can avoid overbuying while still protecting downtime-sensitive machines.

For urgent MRO work, tell us which dimensions have been physically measured and which details are only copied from an old purchasing record. That distinction matters when suffixes have been shortened, when a machine builder changed the original design or when the previous supplier substituted an equivalent without documenting clearance or seal style. We will keep the response focused so your buyer can move quickly while the maintenance team still receives the technical notes needed for a safe installation.

For OEM projects, include expected annual usage, preferred packing, certificate needs and any approved vendor list. We can support a cleaner release package with the bearing family, distributor route and alternate planning aligned before production demand begins.
